Shipping and Delivery

How We Do It

Our Inspirational Letters are typically mailed o the 1st and the 15th of every month.

The shipping rate is based on your location. Before final checkout you will be presented with your shipping rate. 

As per International Shipping: we mail to any country on the USPS current index of countries and localities found here All letters are mailed using US Postal Service and Canada post.

Our Return Policy

Our Guarantee

As the creators of Inspirational Letters and writers of our stories, we stand behind our work and want you to have an enjoyable experience. This is a new and exciting way to experience a story, and we have thousands of satisfied customers all over the world. If you are not happy with your experience after the first two letters, we will issue you a full refund no questions asked.

Refund Policy
After the first two letters, refunds will be available for letters not received and the subscription has been canceled. 

For annual prepaid subscriptions we will offer a refund equal to the original price paid divided by twelve multiplied by the number of remaining months in the twelve month period. 

For products other than letters, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please note that any kind of  perishable goods, downloadable products or gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-20 business days.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Some of the stories are based on true stories, but the Identity of the characters behind the stories is confidential, and many of the details in the stories were changed in order to protect this information.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Inspirationalletters.com (the “Site”).

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
