When will my subscription starts?

Our Inspirational Letters are typically mailed on the 1st and the 15th of every month. Weekly letters are sent every Tuesday.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments with our monthly plans.
 

Do you offer annual subscriptions?

Yes! You can choose:

• Monthly billing, or

• Annual billing and enjoy a discount.
   

Will the recipient know who sent the gift?

Yes. If you're sending Inspirational Letters as a gift, we'll include your personal gift message, in the first letter.
 

Can I send subscriptions to multiple people?

Absolutely! Many customers send Inspirational Letters to several family members, friends, or clients as meaningful gifts.
 

What if the recipient moves?

No problem! Simply contact us with the new mailing address, and we'll update the subscription.
 

What happens if a letter is lost in the mail?

Although this is uncommon, if a letter doesn't arrive, simply contact us and we'll be happy to send a replacement.
 

Is there a commitment?

No. Our monthly and weekly plans have no long-term commitment, and you may cancel whenever you wish. 
 

Can I change my delivery frequency later?

Yes. If you'd like to receive letters more or less often, simply contact us and we'll update your subscription.
